Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Scope & Applicability

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies to the processing of personal data in connection with the notification services provided by NotifySetu under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations.

2. Security & Subprocessors

NotifySetu implements technical measures including AES-256 GCM encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and multi-tenant logical workspace isolation.
