NotifySetu collects information to provide unified notification services across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Voice. This includes account credentials, API tokens, notification metadata, and delivery status logs.

2. How We Use Data

We process payload data strictly for the purpose of dispatching notifications through your configured provider keys (e.g., SES, Twilio, Meta) and rendering real-time webhook event streams.

3. Data Retention & Security

Notification payload variables are encrypted at rest using AES-256 GCM. Webhook logs and message status events are retained according to your workspace tier (7 to 365 days).
